Austin Butler is an American actor, model and musician. Beginning his career as a teenage artist, he won a million hearts with his umpteen television performances and outstanding characterizations in films. Austin was launched as a handsome face on television; he played a few minor roles in daily shows until he landed the role of ‘James Garrett’ on the TV show ‘Zoey 101’, which sealed his spot as a true performer in the entertainment industry. He starred in several hit shows such as ‘Switched at Birth’, ‘The Carrie Diaries’ and ‘The Shannara Chronicles’ afterwards. At the same time, he was offered roles in short films and movies.   • His first major break was in the teen hit show ‘Hannah Montana’, where he starred in a guest role, and played the part of Derek Hanson. On the show he got to work with teen star Miley Cyrus, under the Disney banner.
